Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy on most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, change of mind items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note some returns may require a 20% restocking fee and $20 shipping and handling fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know the size, colour and/or style of the new item you want when you return your order.
How refunds work
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Some returns may require a restocking fee.
Please allow a 2-5 days for your return to be processed and either your refund or replacement item sent out. Once processed it usually takes 3 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received due to varying processing times at banks.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
